SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainability is a term that was originated in the world of bilogy but that after the Brundtland report (1987), it started to be linked to the idea of the planet’s balance. The three elements of the sustainability: social, economic and environmental, give content to the sustainable development goals of the 2030 Agenda, agreed by all UN Member States. It is precisely the ambition of this framework and the society’s consensus around the momentum of the SDGs, what has guaranteed the accountability as the key point for its real success.
ICEL, works to establish a series of mechanism that would help guarantee that the processes of all organizations, public or private, in achieving the SDGs, are really meeting the 2030 Agenda real purpose.
