ICEL’s representatives will attend IUCN’s Regional Conservation Fora, which takes place every four years, this the next year at the IUCN World Conservation Congress, to be held in Marseille in 2020. This event is where “the three constituents of the Union (Membership, Commissions and Secretariat) from one (or more) regions gather to agree on regional priorities and drive conservation action by contributing to the IUCN Programme in the next four years”.
