ICEL and UC3M held a joint seminar as a side event of the UN Conference on Climate Change, COP25, in Madrid, on December 12, 2019. The event, which was held at UC3M’s Puerta de Toledo Campus and attracted experts on the subject from a wide variety of backgrounds, revolved around two panels: “The Law for Future Generations” and “Decarbonizing the Earth”. WCEL- IUCN and the Pascual Madoz Institute were co-sponsors of the event.
