ICEL’s Executive Governor, professor Nicholas Robinson, and Associate Governors, Victor Tafur and Teresa Parejo, met in Madrid from April 28th until May 1st, 2019, to establish the Global Secretarial of ICEL at Carlos III de Madrid University (UC3M).

For that, the representatives of both organizations signed an MOU on the 29th of April. The trip gave the opportunity to meet many Professors and collaborators interested in ICEL’s work; to explore how students and the academic community in general can learn and benefit from this project; and also, to look into ways of collaboration with the private companies in order to improve the welfare of the environment and the society in general, for the common good.
